The first step is to create a loyalty card.
You’ll need to name your card – this will be used on the reporting but won’t be seen by the users.
Set the number of points for the completion of that card. This will determine how many stamps your card will show in the app.
Set the approximate amount that each point is worth in sales – this will be used in the reporting system to estimate the worth of each client.
Define whether this is a unique card if you wanted to have a series of loyalty cards for example a bronze level, silver level and gold level cards, or if you are creating a card that can be reused once completed which would best suit a recurring offer of rewards such as a buy five coffees and get the sixth coffee free each time that point is reached on a card at which point it would renew to start the process again.
